The pilot project of the festival "Archstoyanie" - for families with children
The festival of landscape objects "Archstoyanie" will hold the new event for children and their parents on June 13-14 at Nicola-Lenivets.
The pilot project dedicated to joint leisure time of different generations spent in the space of art will become an annual event in the future.
"Children Archstoyanie" is a story about childhood that will be of interest and comprehended by all generations of a family.
The festival curators are members of the community of free designers who promote non-standard art and architectural approaches. The team of fellow-experimenters together with young gifted artists will create objects and installations for the festival.
Objects presented at the festival are divided into three groups - "Emancipation", "Rethinking" and "New experience". Virtually all installations provide a choice for a viewer - to become a participant of the happening or to stay as observer.
Video-programme will be granted by Big Festival of Cartoons, the creators of which will show a two-hour collection of rare animated films. In the educational area, guests together with the project playtronica will learn to play music on anything that is around them, make cartoons and stage performances led by teachers from the cultural center ZIL.
Julia Bychkova, the producer and curator of the festival "Archstoyanie", says: "There is nothing easier than to play cartoon for children and go about Your own business. Much more efforts are required to think up leisure activity that you can share with your child. Even harder - to become a child Yourself. The team of the festival "Children Archstoyanie: ALLOWED!" was challenged with yet more difficult task – to think up the event where all generations of a family will find their interest and fun, at the same time not turning the event into simple amusement ride and staying within the field of art. The team has well coped with the challenge".
